Teshuvah Webinar 2018

Take a break from your day, and develop a spiritual action plan for the Jewish High Holidays as a part of a live, online webinar that will take place over the lunch hour. Taught by Rabbi David Jaffe, winner of the Jewish National Book Award for his book Changing the World from the Inside Out, the workshop draws on wisdom from the Mussar (Ethical development) and Chassidic traditions within Judaism. Through text study, personal examples, guided meditation, journaling, creative arts and partner discussion, Rabbi David leads participants through a process of reviewing the past year and creating a practical plan for growth for the year ahead.

Participants will emerge from the workshops with:
