Spiritual Direction Group with Elizabeth Cohen

“Spiritual direction helps us learn how to live in peace, with compassion, promoting justice, as humble servants of that which lies beyond all names.”  - Liz Ellman ED, Spiritual Directors International

  • Have you ever longed for a deeper relationship with the spiritual aspect of your own nature?
  • Would you like to live closer to and make more room in your daily life for all that is sacred to you?
  • Do you want to develop and strengthen spiritual practice to deepen your connection with yourself, others and the Infinite, however you name it?

If the answer to any of these is yes, consider joining the Spiritual Direction Group beginning in October after the High Holy Days. In it you will find ways to listen to your own heart’s wisdom, and explore and deepen your sense of connection to all that is sacred.

In the safety and containment of a sacred circle, you will discover the opportunity and encouragement for the deep listening to yourself and companions that will support you on your spiritual journey.

On the first Sunday of the month from October-May, 2019 From 4:00 to 6:00pm
(10/7, 11/4, 12/2, 1/6, 2/3, 3/3, 4/7, 5/5) at Congregation Bet Haverim

Free to CBH members; non-members will be charged a $50 facility fee.

For more information: As you discern whether committing to this group (2 hours once a month for 8 months) is right for you, please contact Elizabeth directly: elizabethcohen18@gmail.com or 407-740-7561.

CBH member Elizabeth Cohen is in training as a spiritual director in the Aleph (Alliance for Jewish Renewal) Hashpa’ah Program.
