Shabbat Chevrot Interest Form

We are excited to let you know about Shabbat Chevrot, a new community building initiative we’ll be starting in February. A chevra is a group of friends. We are forming chevrot, small groups of CBH members who will share a Shabbat dinner one Friday evening a month. These gatherings will be in-person or virtual, based on your preference. This is a chance to make new friends, to deepen your Shabbat experience, and to have fun with other CBHers.

Each month’s celebration will have a theme, and you’ll receive a kit with songs, blessings and discussion questions or activities (depending on ages of participants) to guide your group’s evening. Each group will also have a convener, a CBH member who will help to bring people together and keep things going.

Even though February seems far away, we are excited to learn who is interested in participating (we will have as many groups as needed). Please register below to indicate your interest.
