High Holiday Service Registration

While our services are free and open to all, we do require those who attend to pre-register. Please fill out the forms for both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur to let us know you will be coming.  You must register for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur separately; you will not automatically be registered for both. See the two separate RH & YK registrations below!

Please be sure to bring a photo ID.

All who attend services are required to have a signed Brit Briyut on file. Additionally, please make sure you are familiar with our Health and Wellbeing Protocols, including our 2022 High Holiday policy, which details our mask wearing policy.

Out of care for the many members of our community who are at higher risk for getting very sick from COVID, we are asking those in the pews to mask at a Medium level of transmission or higher.

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with CBH's Heath and Wellbeing Protocols, found here.

Everyone who attends in person events at CBH is required to have a digitally signed copy of CBH's Brit Briyut on file.  If you, or any member of your party, have not completed the Brit Briyut, please do so here.

Suggested donation of $360 per person. Any gift you can offer is deeply appreciated.

By attending services in person at Congregation Bet Haverim, you are agreeing to the possibility of having your image occasionally streamed on both Zoom and/or YouTube.
