He has been part of coalitions that have won major legislative battles, including bills on hate crimes, immigration, maternal health, anti-gay discrimination, and safe housing.

Jeff uses – and teaches – techniques validated by the latest social psychology research. He honed his skills lobbying in Congress, Georgia, and three other states.
