Since Covid plagued us a year ago, we all have experienced profound loss and grief, due to a number of different personal reasons and experiences. This series will provide insight, information and new perspectives about grief through a Jewish lens. Participants will have the opportunity to share and engage in thoughtful exercises that will help expand their understanding of how grief and loss impact mind, body and spirit.
Join us for two sessions:
April 28th 7-8:30pm Good Grief: The Jewish Way with Rabbi Josh and Nancy Kriseman
May 5th 7-8:30pm Grief Comes in Waves: The Ebb and Flow of Grief Throughout Our Lifetime with Nancy Kriseman
