Join Rabbi Judith Beiner, (Community Chaplain of Jewish Family and Career Services of Atlanta) and Nancy Kriseman (LCSW) as we explore how family relationships can at times cause conflict, emotional pain and even shame. This can result in what professional’s call “family estrangement.” While this topic is not easy to talk about, we will have the opportunity to learn how to best navigate these difficult family situations. Rabbi Beiner together with the Clinical Staff at JF&CS have been offering Support Groups for members of the Jewish Community experiencing Family Estrangement. Rabbi Beiner has also been providing informational programs to raise awareness of this issue within the Jewish Community.
