Warm up your pipes and join us for the next Community Sing at CBH Sanctuary on Monday, July 21 from 7:30-9pm.  Deblina Datta and Lyra Hudson will serve as hosts and guitar accompanists as we gather in an open mic format doing popular music which will include some CBH songs and secular music (Rise Up Singing, anyone?). 

Either we can accompany you OR you are welcome to accompany yourself on your chosen instrument OR we can use a karaoke track while you sing.  We encourage singers of ALL levels, even those who have never sung before, to join us for an easy going and fun evening. 

You can sing a solo song (c’mon, you know you wanna!), sing as part of a duo or trio, lead the audience in a sing along (how fun is that!), or sing as audience participant (nobody does that better than CBH!).  If you are moved to solo, we encourage you to use this evening as an opportunity to sing at the mic—this skill can only be learned by doing, so by all means…Let ‘Er Rip!

 Please register for this event, we’d like at least 8-10 folks in attendance but we can have many more. And let Deblina (sddatta@gmail.com) know if you’d like to sing so we can arrange musical accompaniment/mics etc.  We don’t have Will’s magical ability to accompany on the spot. :)  If you’re inspired to sing at the mic at the very last minute, that’s fine too—we’ll do our level best with accompaniment, no problem!  Looking forward to hearing all our voices together!
