8:30am Enter the quiet Summer morning with silent breakfast. Continue into your own reflection time.This is a valuable time to set a personal kavanah for the day. ( instructions for eating ,walking , nature meditations included)

10:15 Silent meditation as a group 

10:45 Shabbat morning chant service 

Noon  Shabbat pot-luck lunch.

1:00-2:00 Sharing Healing experiences in our chant and spiritual practices  

2:00 -3:30 Deepening our chants : The improvisational nature of the practice at CBH:  Sound, Voice, Energy, Expression, Trust , Connection, Ruach, holy song

3:30 Break
