Amy Lighthill, a student of this book, will lead us through a stimulating yet relaxing discussion of the poetry, brilliance, and challenge of "This Is Real and You Are Completely Unprepared" by Rabbi Alan Lew. We will contemplate the meaning and magic of the High Holiday structure to move us toward transformation. One guaranteed outcome: gratitude for our wise ancestors, even while we're hungry!
