Join us for shabbat services with guest speaker Dr. Alice Rothchild.

Dr. Alice Rothchild, a Jewish American retired ob/gyn who worked to reform health care, particularly women's health, has been very active in Israel and Palestine since the late 1990s,  and has traveled to Gaza four times in the past few years, most recently in September.  She has written extensively about the two communities and their struggles, both nonfiction accounts and fictional stories for young people, and has also written poetry and op- ed articles about her deep involvement in the conflict.
