On Saturday June 25th, Rick Stone is going to lead participants on a morning walk to explore the minute details of our natural world and capturing these images using your cameras or smart phones. We’ll meet at 10 AM at Clyde Shepherd Nature Preserve in Decatur at the Gazebo at the entrance to the Preserve. 

Richard is both an artist and photographer and for years has captured the wonders of lichen and tree bark with up-close photography. He’ll orient participants from 9:30 to 9:45 and then invite you to explore the preserve and find up-close images to capture with your cameras. We’ll reconvene at 10:45 to share our wonders, surprises, and discoveries. 

The CBH Green Team seeks to bring our community together around caring for nature, so we can protect it together with hope and determination.
