The ancient, daily practice of Counting the Omer during the 7-weeks between Pesach and Shavuot (when we receive the Torah at Sinai) has morphed over the centuries. Today, we can draw on the wisdom of mystics and their model of the Tree of Life/Etz Chayim as a path to awaken our essential nature.

Each week, we will explore a different Sephirah—emanation of the Divine qualities that comprise the Tree of Life as we manifest them in our own lives.

  1. Chesed—Lovingkindness
  2. Gevurah—Strength/Boundary Setting
  3. Tiferet—Balance/Humility
  4. Netzach—Enthusiastic Sustained Action
  5. Hod—Gratitude/Surrender
  6. Yesod—Foundation/Connection/Righteousness
  7. Malchut/Shechinah—Authority and Right Speech

Elizabeth Cohen will draw on her many years of teaching meditation, Mindfulness-Based-Stress Reduction, and as a spiritual companion and guide.

Join Elizabeth to nourish yourself, to bring the living tree that you are into deeper and more balanced alignment, and to become more receptive to clearer guidance at Shavuot on how you might navigate through these challenging times most wisely.
