Sukkot Harvest Festival:
Farm to Table  Sukkot/Shabbat at Congregation Bet Haverim
Food for the Body, Food for the Soul
Friday, October 18  

5:30-6:30: All ages (children and adults): Hands On Home Craft and Tastings : Kraut, cheese, ezekiel bread, spice blends, kombucha, mead, and kudzu basket weaving, Visit the Sukkah. Food available for tots. 
6:30:  Gather for Blessings for the Harvest and the Land, Shabbat songs, and candle lighting.
7:00: Vegetarian Potluck Dinner: Bring your own vegetarian farm stand or garden-to-table dish.
 Please label your dish for ingredients and where they come from.
7:30: Learn about permaculture from guest speaker: Brandy Hall, Shades of Green.
