What is nature's place in our spiritual lives? In today’s modern culture, it’s easy to see how we have become separated from the sacredness of the natural world. But Jewish tradition has a weekly holy practice to help us remember: Shabbat. A day of feeling life at a slower pace. A chance to stop, breathe, and connect with each other and the torah of the natural world.
Join CBH congregant and Adamah Program Director Amy Price and Music Director Rebekka Goldsmith in this pause to honor Earth Day with an all ages Shabbat hike at Mason Mill Park. Through movement, singing and listening, we’ll deepen our connection to our natural surroundings as we immerse ourselves in the sweetness of Shabbat. Save room for Bagels and Cream Cheese afterwards!
This hike will be accessible for all participants. If you have specific questions or concerns, please reach out directly to Rebekka.
Sorry, Registration has ended.
