Please join us for a meeting to discuss the creation of a CBH chorus for comfort and healing. Led by Rebekka Goldsmith and Shana Cohen, this gathering is an opportunity to learn more about how and where such a chorus might serve those in Atlanta’s Jewish community who are experiencing illness, isolation, and other challenges. Through singing and conversation, we’ll reflect on the personal, powerful ways that music can hold us during times of hardship. Engaging the wisdom of Jewish grief traditions as well as the guiding principles of the Threshold Choir movement, we’ll also learn more about how to offer compassionate singing support in a variety of circumstances. Finally, we’ll share some ways for you to get involved in making the CBH chorus for comfort and healing a reality.
