Turning Towards Each Other at CBH in This Time of Change.

As we approach the end of this year, we are facing unexpected changes with Rabbi Mike’s departure from CBH. This shift in our community has given rise to the entire spectrum of emotions. In these moments of collective change and confusion, it can be hard to maintain our sense of connection.

We invite you to come together to listen, share, and support one another during this challenging time. While we cannot alter the circumstances, acknowledging and expressing our feelings can help us navigate this period together.

Join Elizabeth Cohen, McKenzie Wren, and Rebekka Goldsmith as we create space designed to help us be together in this difficult time.  Working with mindful restorative and healing practices, active and compassionate listening, sound and breath, middot (jewish qualities for living life), and spiritual teachings as tools for sharing our stories, experiences, and feelings,  we will work to stay in connection across different perspectives and feelings.

(Note: We will end at 8:40pm so that folks have time to get home to watch the Presidential debate.)
