Being With... Tisha B'Av

This year, with broken hearts, amid ongoing devastation in Israel and Gaza, and rising fear and violence at home, we turn to the spiritual observance of Tisha B’Av to hold the brokenness of this world. Together, we will make space for grief and healing. Grounded in breath, Jewish spiritual tools, and compassionate listening, we will draw on the resilience of our ancestors and the strength of community. All are welcome.
