Steadying Ourselves in Uncertain Times
A Weekly Meditation Group Grounded in Jewish Principles
with Elizabeth Cohen
In these times of turmoil and heartbreak here and overseas, of rising antisemitism, cruelty and of scapegoating the most vulnerable, it is easy to become overwhelmed and stuck in our own reactive patterns. Yet these challenges also offer us opportunities to grow. By drawing on meditative and contemplative practices grounded in Jewish tradition, we can discover deeper wells of spiritual connection and access to inner resources that support our fullest response in the moment.
Starting Wednesdays, January 7, 14, 21 & 28, 5:45 – 6:45 pm on Zoom
