Grief is a process…

CBH has a Bereavement and Grief Support Group for adults in the process of healing after the loss of a loved one.  The purpose of this group is not to help you ‘get over’ your loss, but rather to give you the time and space to grieve, process and share with others, in a safe, nurturing and confidential setting.

This unstructured, ongoing group, is open to adults.  The group meets monthly on the fourth Tuesday of the month, and there is no charge for attendance.  Come when you need the support and wisdom of others who truly understand the grief experience.

The group is facilitated by CBH member, Marcy Leach, who is a Certified Thanatologist and Bereavement Coordinator at  Longleaf Hospice.
