This year we are doing something a little different to celebrate Pride month and the anniversary of the Stonewall uprising! Please join us on June 30 for Pride Shabbat Dinner and a group mural-making experience.

Working with artist and CBH member Darci Jaret, we will create something new together, as our creative God does, allowing us to reach out to the divine by becoming art-makers.* **

About Darci Jaret
Darci Jaret and her partner Amy live in Atlanta in Kirkwood where they homestead with chickens and extensive gardens. Their interfaith partnership provides many different spiritual encounters. They are members of CBH and Darci serves as the Minister Artist in Residence at Park Avenue Baptist Church. She graduated from Candler School of Theology with an MDiv, where she focused on pastoral care.  She founded Art in the Image because as a pastoral care provider she is drawn to creative engagement with people. She uses a method of Visual Narrative Pastoral Care to create spiritual experience and interpersonal engagement.

In order to keep costs down, please contribute by bringing a drink or dessert to the event:

• If your first name begins wtih A-M - Please bring a drink to share (soda, wine, juice, etc.)
• If your first name begins wtih N-Z- Please bring a dessert to share (in disposable serving dish if possible)

Seating is limited so RSVP early.

Please consider making a donation to contribute to the cost of paper goods, food service, and to allow those who cannot pay to attend.
